It is made from very high quality organic cocoa beans of the ancient criollo variety, whose origins date back to the Mayan and Aztec times, and the cross-bred trinitario variety. All grown on a family farm in Colombia. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.
Aluna's luxury bean to bar chocolate gets its name, among other things, because it is carefully crafted from the cocoa bean (from the English bean) to the chocolate bar (from the English bar), all by hand and by people from a company that embraces the values of quality, sustainability, friendship and a deep philosophy of life.
Ingredients:
cocoa beans, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, aroma: real vanilla extract. Content of cocoa components at least 88%. May contain sealant. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
