Our vision is to renew the name of the Czech Republic in the world of chocolate with reference to the First Republic, when the Czech Republic was the third largest processor of cocoa mass.

Chocolate has its
bean farmer

Our cocoa beans (a mixture of trinitaria and criola) are lovingly grown in Colombia on the family farm of Justinian Suarez, whom we know personally. We know that they fertilize only with natural probiotics, treat their plantations with kindness, respect nature in general and do not employ children. By paying him directly, the price is exactly what he needs to work perfectly.

Everything is grown and processed in BIO quality, which is reflected in the high quality of cocoa beans. Today, Justinián Suaréz's farm covers about 30 hectares, where only cocoa beans of the highest quality are grown.

Today, Justinián Suaráz himself is actively fighting to preserve traditional agricultural production and, in cooperation with government organizations, is involved in the suppression of illegal agriculture and the cultivation of illegal crops.

Our chocolates have won several Great Tase awards. The Great Taste Awards are given by the British Guild of Fine Food and are selected from around the world. Over five hundred judges each year evaluate all submitted products based on their taste every two months. We are glad that we were able to rank among the world leaders in this way.

Choco awards

The International Chocolate Awards is an independent international competition that recognizes outstanding results in the production of chocolate and products made from chocolate. As the only fully independent international fine chocolate competition in the world, it seeks to support chocolate companies and cocoa farmers. With our chocolates, we hold two awards in the International Chocolate Awards competition.

Bio

Organic food is food produced from organic products, ie products of controlled organic farming, which is a very advanced way of farming with a positive attitude towards the soil, plants and nature without the use of artificial fertilizers, chemical preparations by spraying hormones and artificial substances. Our chocolates meet the standards of natural products.

Direct trade

Direct trade is a form of sourcing practiced by some chocolate makers and others who build direct relationships with farmers, artisans and processors who sell their products. As part of our chocolate, we work exclusively with the Justinio Suarez farm in Colombia to obtain the best cocoa beans.
