It is made from very high quality organic cocoa beans of the ancient criolo variety, whose origins date back to the Mayan and Aztec times, and the cross-bred trinitário variety. All grown on a family farm in Colombia. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.

Ingredients:
Coconut sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, aroma: real vanilla extract. Cocoa component content at least 44%. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
