While enjoying our 44% milk bean to bar chocolate, you will notice subtle notes of caramel, coffee, vanilla, hazelnut, maple syrup, raisins and above all cream.
It is made from very high quality organic cocoa beans of the ancient criolo variety, whose origins date back to the Mayan and Aztec times, and the cross-bred trinitário variety. All grown on a family farm in Colombia. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.

Prazska Chocolada and all its employees are proud to get their hands on organically and lovingly grown products, among other things because they all share the same philosophy. None of them regard chocolate as a mere product of large-scale production, but they honour the uniqueness of everything that grows on our Earth, that passes through the hands of humans, and ultimately exceeds them many times over.
A 100 gram bar of chocolate contains an average of 546 calories, around 50% of which is beneficial cocoa butter, 20% carbohydrates and 10% protein.
Synthetic colours and flavourings are never added to chocolate, which is made with love and fulfils goals far beyond those of a conventional chocolate product.
Ingredients:
Coconut sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavour: real vanilla extract. Cocoa component content not less than 44 %. Keep cool and dry.

Energy value - 2318 kJ / 554 kcal; Fats - 42.9 g, of which saturated fatty acids - 25.7 g; Carbohydrates - 24.1 g, of which sugars - 19.2 g; Protein - 9.7 g; Salt - 0.02 g.
