Ruby chocolate is made from the Ruby cocoa bean and through Barry Callebaut's unique processing, it retains the most natural sensual flavour and ruby colour tone naturally found in the Ruby bean. It is neither bitter, milky nor distinctly sweet. However, it will delight you with its smoothness, smoothness yet sensual intensity that will light up and delight your palate. We do not add any other cocoa beans to Ruby chocolate, nor do we add any colouring to our luxury chocolate products. We choose only the highest quality ingredients, which make our chocolate products among the best.

The ruby colour of the chocolate, together with the exceptional taste, brings these products to the level of delicacy. Combined with the beautifully red raspberry powder, this is an excellent tip for a gift of love.

Ingredients:

ruby chocolate (min. 70 %): cocoa solids content min. 47 % (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid, aroma: natural vanilla), almonds (min. 17 %), freeze-dried raspberries (min. 0.7 %). May contain peanuts and nuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
